If you take a goal or a task and do a little each day, you can achieve almost anything.
Now take the highest priority item and select a time where you will do a little each day to accomplish it. Pick one thing at a time and keep doing a little of it each day. Habits are a great application of this concept. Make a list of habits you want to create and each day work on one of them until you can do it without thinking about it. Focus on one big task and one habit at a time. |
