One of the Key Principles for Success is to step outside your comfort zone.
Your comfort zone is doing the things you're not afraid to do. You are comfortable there. Success is just outside this zone. Make a list of what makes you uncomfortable. Notice and be aware of things you stop yourself from doing that you know you should do. You let the fear and self-talk stop you. One way to approach is to select a random item in your list and try to do it today. Another approach would be to reduce the discomfort until you can do the task.
