5WH. The 5 "W" questions and the one "H" question.

Whenever you want to document a process make sure you answer the:

Who (W)
What (W)
Where (W)
When (W)
Why (W)
How (H)

Some examples are:

When you prepare for a meeting with your boss.
Preparing for a job interview
Trying to sell your product or service, just make sure you can answer them.
Doing a presentation
